Goodwork may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate important information to participants of our marketplace. This policy outlines how we use SMS, your rights, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. Types of Messages You May Receive

By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages:

  • Job match alerts and new opportunities
  • Application status updates.
  • Credentialing and onboarding reminders.
  • Scheduling or shift confirmations
  • Account and security notifications
  • Other support-related messages

We do not send promotional or marketing texts unless you've separately opted in.

2. Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages when you:

  • Provide your mobile number during sign-up
  • Acknowledge the SMS Messaging Policy in our Terms of Use or during account creation

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
